ENERGY PERFORMANCE SERVICE

The generic services include preliminary energy survey of the facility, Investment Grade Audit and conceptual design, detail design and project specification, supervision of EE project implementation, testing and commissioning and Monitoring and Verification (M&V).

To begin with, a proper energy survey, which includes site familiarization, physical site audit and data logging that, may take 6 to 8 weeks with the mobilization of our energy engineers, monitoring and data logging equipment to the plant. All these are done at our cost to determine the energy consumption patterns, efficiency, formulation of Energy Performance Indicators (EPI) and saving potentials. Having completed the said, we can therefore advise our clients on are the areas of improvements to reduce energy costs at their facility.

The M&V exercise will be used to gauge the performances of the provided services or implemented projects. During the entire period, Lumentech will carry out monthly M&V activities to justify the savings.
