Thus better regulation is achieved resulting in longer life. Careful designing also reduces noise level to the minimum.

H.T. Automatic Voltage Stabilizers are used to get stabilized H.T. input voltage, irrespective of the voltage variations received from electricity supply authorities. Additionally, these stabilizers also prevent the transformer and other electrical equipment from getting overloaded. Wide voltage variation ranges are taken care continuously and in on load condition. The variations of more than ± 1% of the rated output voltage are sensed through solid state relay. This relay operates on 230 V, 110Ø supply and sends signals to the stabilizer’s motor, which drives the roller mechanism in lower and higher direction to bring voltage to the rated output voltage within +- 1%. The Accuracy of +-1% may vary depending on the specific requirement of customer.

Our Ventilated Dry Type Transformer are fitted in fenced in area for Indoor establishments and are absolutely upkeep free and safe from flame as the material utilized is metal, clay, NOMEX and other non inflammable material. In Dry Type Transformer as there is no oil, hence maintenance is distinctly less demanding and there is no way of spillages and there is negligible nontoxic smoke if there should be an occurrence of flame. Dry type transformer are non-explosive fire resistant, air insulated, and are cooled by natural circulation of air through ducts provided in the construction. High temperature and high dielectric insulating materials like glass fiber reinforced, nomex insulating tapes are used in such a way that the entire assembly is capable of withstanding high electrical and mechanical stresses with good dissipation of heat causing low temperature rise within the prescribed limit of insulation class

Winding are made up of electrolytic Grade, Soft and bright annealed copper conductors covered with nomex insulating tapes. The wound coils are preheated and impregnated with silicon varnish under vacuum pressure and undergo a curing cycle. The low voltage coils are wound over glass fiber reinforced cylinder having high mechanical strength. The high voltage coils are supported over yoke on glazed porcelain or resin insulators. The core is made of CRGO silicon steel laminations duly annealed after shearing and assembled in mitred construction for low “NO LOAD” LOSS.

The yoke frame has adjustable pressure plates to clamp & secure the coils adequately. Lifting arrangements is provide on the top yoke frame so that the core and coil assembly is lifted. OFF-CIRCUIT TAPPINGS if required are provided on HV side of the winding and terminated on fiber glass terminal board for changing the transformer ratio in “OFF CKT” position.

The distribution & power transformers are used for converting electrical energy with higher voltage to lower voltage. Generally the higher voltage falls in the range of 11-22-33kV whereas lower voltage falls in 250 or 433V range. The frequency remains identical before and after the transformation of the current.
